A little bit about me
I’m a UX design lead based out of Arizona with 10 years of experience in web, UX, and product design. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2010, I spent a short amount of time in publication design, before pivoting to web design and user experience. (I’d be happy to bend your ear about the surprising similarities between publication design and UX sometime!)
I’m passionate about providing quality experiences, both for users and for those on my team. Mentorship and collaboration are the foundation of my work style.

Making connections
I believe that empathy is the most important skill to have as both a leader and a designer. I try to connect with users in the ways that work best for them.
Building processes
I love creating and improving processes. I'm a huge proponent of evolving workflows, tools, and systems to ensure they're doing the job they're meant to do.
Promoting collaboration
My favorite part of the design process is bouncing ideas off of teammates and building the best solution through teamwork and collaboration.
